The IRC in Wichita welcomes new refugee and immigrant communities to Kansas by providing eligible clients with the following:
- Support with their basic needs after arriving in the United States, including airport arrival assistance, safe housing, healthcare, and education
- Guidance and assistance with securing employment (includes resume preparation, job readiness training, and more)
- Improving English language skills
- Digital and financial literacy skills
- Navigating enrollment in the public school system
- High-quality and affordable legal services connected to the United States immigration system
- Intensive case management for refugees who may need additional help finding stability in the United States
