Before you leave have your
EBT, IRC, or prepaid card
ID Card
Bill and/or account number
When you get to the store
Find the customer service or money service counter
Tell the employee you would like to pay your rent, phone, or Xcel energy bill and give the employee the bill
Pay with your IRC or EBT card at the counter
If the card reader asks for food or cash, then select cash on the screen
