Services provided by our two Employment Programs

Employment Specialists from our Early Employment Team can work with job seekers to find their first job in the United States and help to identify career opportunities and match skills with jobs. After some time with regular job income, our Economic Empowerment Programs can help identify strengths and help find available opportunities for career advancement and professional development.

Find Work in Seattle

The Matching Grant program provides employment services for eligible participants and may include temporary financial assistance and other forms of support while you work toward self-sufficiency. If you qualify for the program, we can help you prepare for and find employment through support with job searches, resumes, applications, interviews, workplace readiness, and ongoing guidance after you start working.

Grow or Start a Business in Seattle

If you want to start, grow, or strengthen a small business, we can help. We provide business coaching, support with business plans and licensing, workshops, and connections to loans and other financial resources.

If you have some work experience in the United States and are ready for your next step, we can help you find a job, build new skills, or start a career in a high-demand field. We support job seekers with resumes, applications, interviews, training, certifications, English classes, and career planning.
