Refugee Review and Green Card Pause FAQ

On Nov. 21, 2025, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced a new policy regarding the review of refugee claims and a pause on "Green Card" (Adjustment of Status) processing for certain refugees.
