We welcome anything you want to share about your experience. This survey is optional and voluntary, and you can choose to skip questions or stop at any time. Participation or non-participation will not affect any present or future services you may receive from the IRC. Any feedback that you choose to share with us will be very valuable as it will help us to improve services for future clients. Your feedback will only be shared with the IRC staff who need it in order to respond and address your feedback. You can choose to keep your feedback anonymous. If you need help filling out this form, an IRC staff member or volunteer would be happy to help.
