Arriving at the Airport

An IRC staff member will meet you at the gate when you get off the plane. They will guide you through the airport to collect your bags. IRC staff members will be wearing IRC apparel and/or their work badges with the IRC logo on it.

What to do if you get lost or cannot find an IRC staff member at the gate:

• Find an airport staff member at one of the gates OR
• Follow signs to Train to Baggage Claim
  • Ride the train to the main terminal and get off when all other passengers get off the train.
  • Take the escalators or elevator up to the main level.
  • There is typically an information desk at the top of the escalators where you can ask for help.

Staff members at the airport will be able to help you if you get lost. It will be important to show them your IOM tag and travel information. They can use this to contact IRC Denver staff.

If you have identified a relative or friend as a US tie who will be housing you temporarily in the Denver area, they often will meet you at the airport as well.
